● Returns are accepted at the door only, before completing the payment.

● Please check the size, color, and condition of your shoes before accepting the order.

● If you don’t want the order, you can return it to the delivery representative immediately.

● Once the order is accepted and payment is completed, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

● Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with the original packaging.
